How can radical music help us imagine new ways of organising community through ritual, action and language?
Sitting at the intersection of contemporary art and experimental music, Liquid Architecture is an Australian organisation for artists working with sound. Their program of events creates spaces for sonic experience and critical reflection on sound and its meaning.
On Friday 13 September the electronic sounds of Nkisi, 33EMYBW, DJ Plead and Makeda will come together for a night of Congolese rhythms, UK hardcore, Lebanese polyrhythms, traditional folk, jungle and more. With live AV, game engine graphics and reverberating bass, it’s going to be a high-energy and all-sensory experience!
